The Style Council
The Style Council were an English band formed in 1983 by Paul Weller and keyboard player Mick Talbot. Their music moved freely between soul, pop, jazz, funk and European influences.
Their 1984 debut album Café Bleu includes “My Ever Changing Moods” and “You’re the Best Thing”, establishing a sophisticated new direction for Weller after The Jam.
