STING 3.0 Live presents Police and solo material through the direct sound of Sting’s touring trio.
Sting released STING 3.0 Live on 25 April 2025 after touring with a compact three-piece band.
The stripped-back format puts the focus on the songs and the interaction between voice, bass, guitar and drums. Police favourites and solo recordings appear together without the larger arrangements used on some previous tours.
The result reconnects Sting’s current performances with the energy and economy of a rock trio while still covering music from across his career.
